This “Medicinal Marijuana Delivery Service” as they claim to be, really needs to work on changing my minds image of them as an ordinary pot dealer with a website!

I dealt with IE Dispensary on 3 occasions. Why? I guess wanted to give them a chance my mind. I say this because after my first encounter with them I just didn’t feel like I was dealing with a legitimate business. I’m sad to say none of the other transaction changed my perception.

I found IE Dispensary online from one of the search sites, and what first caught my attention was the fact they had a website. Let me say right off that the website is not above average, but at least they have one. Thats more than you can say about a few dispensaries.

I called their phone number listed on their website, a person answered and identified himself as “Lee”. He asked me for my doctor/clinic information so that he could verify the validity of my medicinal marijuana recomendation. He took my information and then said “I will call you right back.” About 6 minutes later I get a call back from “Lee” saying I have been verified. He then asks, “Would like to place an order?” after asking for a breakdown of their products, I am told that they don’t offer anything smaller than an 1/8-eighth. Having been familiar with 2-two of the strains that they offered, headband & Purple Erkle, I went ahead and ordered an eighth of both. Lee quoted me $120 even though he had just previously told me that Purple Erkle was $55 fifty-five dollars an 1/8-eighth and that Headband was $60 sixty-dollars an 1/8-eighth. Not wanting to argue (because I knew I was just going to write about it latter anyway) I went ahead and said okay. Lee informed me a driver would call call me when he was in route.

An hour later I received a phone call from man who said his name was “Dave”. Dave told me he was on my street and asked if I could come out side and help him navigate. I went out side and quickly saw him driving slowly down the street about a half a block away. I motioned to him and he sped up and pulled into my driveway.

From inside his van, “Dave” motioned for me to come INSIDE his van. I opened the door and “Dave” said, “Your Dave right?” I nod. So he says “well come on in.” So I clime into the van and close the door. “Dave” then says, “okay so I got 2-two, 1/8-eighths for you. An 1/8-eighth of Headband and an 1/8-eighth of Purple Erkle.” He then reaches into a brown paper bag and pulls out 2-two plastic ziplock bags. One of the bags has Headband, sloppily written by hand in black magic marker. The other reads Purple Erkle, same magic marker, same hand writting. I open one bag at a time and take a quick whiff. It smells good. I then hand “Dave” $120-One hundred twenty dollars. He then thanks me for my business and says “Please call again.”

I asked him “Is that it?” and he said “Thats it!”. So I opened the door to the van and got out and closed the door behind me. From outside the van I looked back at him thought the window, he stared back at me. It was like we were both waiting for the other to do or say something. Finally he waved at me and I reluctantly waved back, feeling this was enough closure for our transaction, “Dave” then started the engine and drove away.

Standing there in the driveway it slowly dawned on me that I had not even shown the driver my recomendation letter from my Dr. Once inside my house I weighed both bags and they were each over weight by a gram, so they got that going for them…

On another occasion I ended up waiting 6 hours from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. I just got to say that I get a weird vibe from this operation. They may be a 100% legitimate business, but then why don’t package their meds properly? Where is the medicine bottle? Where is the H&S code? Not to mention they have a limited strain and concentrate selection. Offer NO edibles, and service is spotty.

So in conclusion I like the fact they have a website

However,

I dont like the lack of edibles, limited strain selection, poor service.

Don’t waste your time. There are better shops out there that offer delivery.
